DAY 1

Begin your exciting day with a quick morning coffee stop where you can grab a fresh brew, or light pastry to jump-start your morning energy before heading out for a day full of exploration.

Following your coffee break, arrive at the magnificent Washington Crossing Historic Park for an engaging, guided tour through more than 500 acres of American history and natural beauty. This foundational landmark preserves the hallowed site where General George Washington famously crossed the Delaware River with his troops on Christmas night in 1776, a pivotal maneuver that brilliantly turned the tide of the Revolutionary War.

After wrapping up your morning historical tour, depart for a relaxing lunch buffet at the historic Continental Tavern. This charming establishment has been meticulously restored to mirror its exact architectural look and configuration from when it was rebuilt in 1875, offering a wonderful atmosphere for a group meal.

PLEASE NOTE: This dining experience takes place in a second-floor venue, and because there is no elevator available, guests will need to navigate stairs to access the space.

Continuing into the afternoon, your itinerary takes you to Pennsbury Manor for an immersive guided tour. Here, you can step back in time to the 17th century and explore the fascinating legacy of William Penn, a visionary founder who sought solace in the peaceful embrace of country life. Discover the historic estate of one of America's most renowned Quakers and learn firsthand about the foundational principles that helped shape the nation.

To wrap up your full day of touring, you will depart for home with a quick and convenient fast-food dinner stop along the way to conclude your trip.
