Copy of Valid Passport or Driver’s License is REQUIRED - Passports must be valid for six (6) months after the RETURN date of any tour requiring a passport for travel. It is the responsibility of each passenger to verify that your passport or driver’s license is valid for your trip and that you have it with you on the day of departure. Passport cannot expire before July 3, 2025. Please provide a legible copy of your Passport or Driver’s License to Wolf’s Bus Lines when making a reservation.

Travel Documents - Passenger names MUST match Travel Identification exactly. Name corrections, after final payment due date or after tickets have been issued, will result in additional fees being assessed.

Travelers Protection Plan (TPP) - $250 per person INCLUDED – Non-Refundable

This non-refundable fee waives all cancellation fees when Wolf’s Bus Lines are notified of cancellation one day before the tour departs. If you must leave the tour early due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of your immediate family, TPP guarantees full refund for any unused services after the departure of the tour. Other benefits include medical expenses for illness and injury, emergency transportation, 24-hour hotline, and lost or stolen baggage assistance. Return air transportation is included ONLY if your air tickets were provided by Wolf’s Bus Lines. The TPP is added in your trip cost, therefore, you would be refunded all payments, including deposit amount, less the TPP premium amount.

The Trip Payment Schedule is as Follows:

1. 1^st Deposit of $800 per person is due at time of booking (This includes the Non-Refundable $250 cost for Travelers Protection Plan)

2. 2^nd Deposit of $1,000 per person is due by July 1, 2024

3. Final payment is due NO Later than October 1, 2024

DAY 1

Arrive in Southern California: Wolf's Bus Lines will provide motorcoach transportation from your departure location (to be determined 1 month prior to departure date) to the airport (TBD). Welcome to California for the Granddaddy of parades, the 136th Tournament of Roses Parade, featuring the beautiful pageantry and tradition of magnificent floral floats, high-stepping equestrians and spirited marching bands. Upon arrival, you are transported to your host hotel, the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel, for a four-night stay. Tonight, join your Tour Manager for a welcome orientation and chance to be acquainted with your fellow passengers.

DAY 2

Rose Parade Float Building and Los Angeles Sightseeing Tour: This morning, go behind the scenes in Pasadena for the Rose Parade Float Building. See the floats being built up close by the hundreds of people working to finish their floats. Marvel at the thousands of various flowers from around the world that were used to create the world's most imaginative floats. Later, a local guide conducts a tour of Los Angeles and Hollywood. From the Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral to the Walt Disney Concert Hall, home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, the tour is a blend of old and new including the Hollywood Bowl, Dolby Theater and the legendary Grauman's Chinese Theater.

DAY 3

Ronald Regan Presidential Library and New Year's Eve Festivities: Today, visit the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library which chronicles the storied career of Ronald Reagan which spanned more than five decades. This evening, ring in the New Year with your newfound friends at a private New Year's Eve gala event. Put on your dancing shoes as a live orchestra fills the room with sounds from yesterday and today. Enjoy a spectacular dinner and champagne toast to celebrate the dawning of a New Year.

DAY 4

136th Tournament of Roses Parade: The event you came for is about to begin. You have reserved bleacher seats along Colorado Boulevard. After breakfast you depart for the Tournament of Roses Parade. View the animated floats, the precision of the marching bands and the equestrian teams as you become part of an event that is seen throughout the world by millions. Later, travel north up the coast to the pretty town of Santa Monica. While here, there is time to explore the exciting Santa Monica Pier. Delight in the wide array of shops, arcades and lively entertainment. Tonight, your farewell dinner is in Santa Monica hosted by your Tour Manager.

DAY 5

Homeward Bound: It is time to bid farewell to the west coast and board your motorcoach for transfer from the hotel to the airport for your flight home. Upon return, Wolf's Bus Lines will provide motorcoach transportation back to your departure location.
