Copy of Valid Passport is Required - A copy of your valid passport is required at the time of booking. Passports must be valid for six (6) months after the RETURN date of any tour requiring a passport for travel. It is the responsibility of each passenger to verify that your passport is valid for your trip and that you have it with you on the day of departure. Passport cannot expire before June 15, 2027.
Travel Documents - Passenger names MUST match Travel Identification exactly. Name corrections, after final payment due date or after tickets have been issued, will result in additional fees being assessed to the passenger.
Travelers Protection Plan (TPP) - $569 per person INCLUDED - Non-Refundable
This non-refundable fee waives all cancellation fees when Wolf's Bus Lines are notified of cancellation one day before the tour departs. If you must leave the tour early due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of your immediate family, TPP guarantees full refund for any unused services after the departure of the tour. Other benefits include medical expenses for illness and injury, emergency transportation, 24-hour hotline, and lost or stolen baggage assistance. Return air transportation is included ONLY if your air tickets were provided by Wolf's Bus Lines. The TPP is added in your trip cost, therefore, you would be refunded all payments, including deposit amount, less the TPP premium amount.
The Trip Payment Schedule is as Follows:
1. 1st Deposit of $1,100.00 per person is due at time of booking (This includes the Non-Refundable $569 cost for Travelers Protection Plan)
2. 2nd Deposit of $1,000.00 per person is due by December 1, 2025
3. Final payment is due NO Later than July 20, 2026

Depart the USA: Wolf's Bus Lines will provide transportation to the airport (TBA) for your overnight flight to Budapest, Hungary.
DAY 2
Budapest, Hungary: Welcome to Budapest! You will be met and transferred from the airport to your Emerald Cruises luxury river cruise ship. After boarding, enjoy some time at your leisure to explore Budapest. This evening, join your fellow travelers for dinner and enjoy a Hungarian folk dancing and music performance onboard.

DAY 3
Budapest: Budapest is Eastern Europe's liveliest and most cosmopolitan city. Enjoy a guided panoramic tour of the city sights including the Hungarian Parliament Building, the Buda Castle and the Chain Bridge linking Buda and Pest. During your free time, begin your Christmas shopping as you stroll through the Christmas market on Budapest's main square near Váci Utca Street. Marvel at the displays of unique handcrafted Hungarian ornaments and other Christmas items that await! This afternoon, the cruise begins as you set sail for Bratislava.
B, L, DDAY 4
Bratislava, Slovakia: This morning, arrive in the city of Bratislava, capital of the Republic of Slovakia. Enjoy a walking tour including the enchanting Old City with its Town Hall and Slovak National Theater. Bratislava is also home to charming Christmas markets throughout the city, where you can shop for handmade ornaments and holiday craft items.

Vienna, Austria: This capital city is comprised of grand boulevards, ornate palaces, amazing architecture and storied history. After the tour, enjoy free time to visit the wonderful Christmas Markets throughout the city.

DAY 6
Krems - Dürnstein: Enjoy a leisurely morning sailing through the spectacular Wachau Valley, on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, to Krems. Upon arrival, depart for a guided tour of Göttweig Abbey. This Benedictine monastery, perched high atop a vineyard and forest-covered hill, offers stunning views over the Wachau Valley. Inside the abbey, admire its architectural highlights, antique decorations and furnishings.

DAY 7
Passau, Germany: Cruise along the Danube this morning, reaching Passau this afternoon. Cobblestone streets and graceful arcades welcome you to this beautiful city. Visit the annual Christkindlmarkt, set in the square in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral, where gingerbread-like stalls in an atmosphere of twinkling lights, sell handmade gifts and tasty treats.

Regensburg: After breakfast, arrive in magnificent Regensburg.
