I Love Lucy 75th Anniversary Tour - 2026

Day 1

Celebrate the 75th anniversary of the iconic television show "I Love Lucy" on this trip filled with laughter, nostalgia & timeless memories. Celebrate the life and legacy of the "Queen of Comedy", Lucille Ball as your journey to her hometown of Jamestown, New York begins with meal and rest stops at your expense enroute. Upon arrival in Jamestown, you check-in at the charming Chautauqua Harbor Hotel (716-489-2800) for a three-night stay. Located on the shores of Chautauqua Lake, the hotel features indoor and outdoor pools, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor fire pits, business center with complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee and tea stations on every floor. Guest room accommodations include a mini refrigerator, HD TV, hairdryer and plush bathrobes. Following a brief time to freshen up, you depart for dinner included at the Maple Sprins Lakeside Inn. This charming retreat is located along the shores of Lake Chautauqua offering a delightful view while you dine. This home was originally built in 1920 by Henry Arrot whose company manufactured bathtubs and today is known as "American Standard." Following dinner, you return to the Harbor Hotel to relax and unwind for the night, perhaps with a cocktail overlooking the stunning lake, enjoying a relaxing swim in the pool, or take a stroll to enjoy the view.

Day 2

Wake to breakfast included at the hotel before you embark on a LucyTown Tour with your local guide for an enlightening driving tour of Jamestown, home of actress/comedian Lucille Ball. Celebrate that wacky redhead as you see Jamestown through the eyes of Lucy with a knowledgeable guide who will show you Lucy-related points of interest. See the house where she was born, the house where she grew up, her final resting place, the infamous Lucy statue and more. Bring your camera, because the tour does include times when you hop off the motorcoach for a photo stop or walk to a point of interest. Next, you have lunch included at the Tropicana Room at Desilu Studios. Enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of this re-creation of Ricky Ricardo's famous Manhattan night club. Afterwards, you return to the Harbor Hotel for some free time to enjoy the hotel amenities. Early evening, you will gather together with fellow passengers for a "Picnic at the Pavilion" with an open bar. Located just steps away from the hotel, passengers are able to come and go as you please enjoying a picnic-style meal including hamburgers and hot dogs, a summer side, dessert and an open bar. (Please note: You must be at least 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol and may be asked to present valid photo ID.) Entertainment by a local band will accompany your event. Your evening continues with a special VIP experience at the National Comedy Center, the nation's official cultural institution and museum dedicated to the art of comedy, founded on Lucy's vision for her hometown. The center showcases collections and artifacts from legendary artists including Lucy and Desi Arnaz, Johnny Carson, Carl Reiner, Joan Rivers, The Smothers Brothers, Betty White, George Carlin, plus iconic shows like Saturday Night Live, Laugh-in, The Tonight Show and beyond. Enjoy some refreshments as you are entertained and enlightened by interactive exhibits and state-of-the-art technology dedicated to the art of comedy and those who make us laugh. Following the event, you return to the hotel for the night.

Day 3

Your day begins with a delightful breakfast included at the hotel prior to admission included at the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum. It has been 75 years since the first episode aired on October 15, 1951, featuring that wacky redhead Lucy Ricardo and her talented husband Ricky Ricardo. Take a walk down memory lane as you walk through the museum showcasing rare artifacts and immersive exhibits. Step onto the iconic I Love Lucy sets including the Ricardo living room, star in unforgettable scenes such as the Vitaemeatavegamin commercial and the chocolate factory conveyor belt episodes and visit the gift shop for exclusive memorabilia to commemorate your visit. Next, you board the motorcoach and depart for Dunkirk Lighthouse to explore the towering structure and have lunch included. The lighthouse on Lake Erie is a marvel of maritime engineering and a testament to rich history of the region. Take a tour with knowledgeable docents who will guide you through various rooms and offer fascinating insight into its history. Following your experience, you have admission included at the Grape Discover Center for an exciting production demonstration featuring Chef Tim's Brick Village Gourmet Grape Seed Vinaigrette Dressing. The Grape Discover Center offers a history of grape growing in the region, learning about what makes this the ideal climate for growing grapes and the varieties of grapes that are grown in the area. Enjoy a pre-selected sampling of wines, and maybe even purchase some of your favorites to take home with you. The day is not over yet. You return to the hotel to freshen up for the Comedy Gala held at the Harbo Hotel. Enjoy an evening of Lucille "Ball" celebrating the 75th Anniversary with music, dancing, costumes, laughter and surprises. When the evening is over, you simply return to your room to turn in for the night.

Day 4

Enjoy a relaxing morning with breakfast at your leisure before you pack up an depart for a scenic luncheon cruise on the Chautauqua Belle Steamboat. Enjoy a relaxing cruise and lunch on the paddlewheel steamboat while you capture picturesque views and take advantage of photo opportunities of the panoramic scenery along Lake Chautauqua. Once back on land, you board the motorcoach and depart for home with laughter in your heart and memories of the amazing adventure you had celebrating Lucy! You will make appropriate meal and rest stops on the way home.
