Day 3

Wake to a deluxe continental breakfast included at the hotel before you check-out and depart for a scenic cruise aboard the M/S Mount Washington on Lake Winnipesaukee. A buffet lunch is included on the cruise along with fascinating commentary as the vessel makes its way around the granite state's largest lake with over 18 miles of shoreline and over 200 islands. Next, you depart for the Wright Museum of World War II. The late founder's dream was to create a public understanding and appreciation of the exceptional contributions on the home front and the battlefields made by World War II-era Americans. Unique to traditional WWII museums, the over 14,000 items in the collection are representative of both the home front and battlefield. These irreplaceable items, together with fully operational military vehicles, introduce visitors to a pivotal period in American History. Next, you check in to the Meadowmere Resort (207-646-9661) for the next two nights. The resort features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, pub and movie theatre. Guest room amenities include a mini refrigerator, hair dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and iron/ironing board. Complimentary coffee/tea is available in the hotel lobby as well as a microwave for your convenience.
