Copy of Valid Passport or Real ID Driver's License is Required - Passports must be valid for six (6) months after the RETURN date of any tour requiring a passport for travel. It is the responsibility of each passenger to verify that your passport or Real ID driver’s license is valid for your trip and that you have it with you on the day of departure. Passports cannot expire before March 22, 2026. Please provide a legible copy of your passport or Real ID Driver’s License to Wolf's Bus Lines when making a reservation.

 

 

Travel Documents - Passenger names must match Travel Identification exactly. Name corrections, after final payment due date or after tickets have been issued, will result in additional fees being assessed.

 

 

Travelers Protection Plan (TPP) - $499 per person INCLUDED - Non-Refundable

This non-refundable fee waives all cancellation fees when Wolf's Bus Lines are notified of cancellation one day before the tour departs. If you must leave the tour early due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of your immediate family, TPP guarantees full refund for any unused services after the departure of the tour. Other benefits include medical expenses for illness and injury, emergency transportation, 24-hour hotline, and lost or stolen baggage assistance. Return air transportation is included ONLY if your air tickets were provided by Wolf's Bus Lines. The TPP is added in your trip cost, therefore, you would be refunded all payments, including deposit amount, less the TPP premium amount.

 

The Trip Payment Schedule is as Follows:

 

1.     1st Deposit of $1,200 per person is due at time of booking (This includes the Non-Refundable $499 cost for Travelers Protection Plan)

2.      Final payment is due NO Later than April 15, 2025

DAY 1

Arrive in Las Vegas: Wolf's Bus Lines will provide motorcoach transportation from your departure location (to be determined 1 month prior to departure date) to the airport (TBD). Your flight will take you to the "Entertainment Capital of the World", exciting Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon arrival, you are transported to your hotel on the Las Vegas Strip and get acquainted with your new surroundings. The remainder of the day and night are yours to explore the neon-soaked Las Vegas Strip at your leisure or enjoy your hotel amenities.

DAY 2

Day on Your Own in Las Vegas: Enjoy a day of leisure to explore the numerous gambling floors, shop 'til you drop, catch a show or just stroll and soak in the bustling atmosphere of Vegas. Tonight, you gather as a group with your Tour Manager and enjoy a welcome dinner followed by more time to enjoy this glittering and bustling city.

DAY 3

Red Rock Country and Zion National Park: Today, you leave the bright lights of Las Vegas behind and venture into the canyonlands and red rocks of southern Utah. You travel to awe-inspiring Zion National Park, where the Virgin River has cut a dramatic rugged gorge through multi-hued sandstone, shale and limestone. Look up at the towering rock walls surrounding you on all sides as you tour this incredible natural wonder aboard an open-air sightseeing tram. Feel free to hop-off and hop-on as you make your way through the canyon. Be sure to leave time for exploring and shopping in picturesque Springdale.

DAY 4

Bryce Canyon National Park: You begin the day with a drive to the famed "Pink Cliffs" of Bryce Canyon National Park. Follow the Rim Drive to view the vividly-colored, fantastic rock formations approximating castles, temples and even whole cities sculptured in stone! Bryce's endless concentration of "Hoodoos" - irregular columns of rock, is the largest collection in the world. Then, continue to Moab located at the heart of canyon country.

DAY 5

Arches National Park and Board the Rocky Mountaineer: Your day begins in Arches National Park which contains the largest concentration of stone arches in the world. The park has over 2,000 natural stone arches, in addition to hundreds of soaring pinnacles, massive fins and giant balanced rocks. A local guide shows you the massive red sandstone arches and describes the culture of those that have occupied the region. In the afternoon, board the famed Rocky Mountaineer in Silver Leaf Class and begin the journey eastward. Depart Moab and travel through Colorado Canyons National Conservation Area. See Parachute Creek and Mount Logan while following the scenic Colorado River and taking in beautiful red rock formations, desert cliffs of Ruby Canyon and mountain vistas. Overnight at a hotel in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

DAY 6

Ride the Rocky Mountaineer to Denver: A full day aboard the Rocky Mountaineer is the plan for the day. Enjoy the stunning views from the comfort of your spacious, reclining seats and enjoy the breathtaking scenery through the train's oversized glass-dome windows. The onboard culinary experience highlights cuisine and ingredients local to the Southwestern U.S. From the dense wooded forests and white-capped mountains of White River National Forest to the picturesque Byers and Gore Canyons and the raging rivers and tranquil mountain lakes of Arapahoe National Forest, this journey is an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Cross the Continental Divide with a sparkling wine toast while cutting through the six-mile-long Moffatt Tunnel. Later, arrive in Denver for a two-night stay.

DAY 7

Rocky Mountain National Park: This morning, venture into Rocky Mountain National Park, a living showcase of the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains. With elevations ranging from 8,000 feet on the wet, grassy valleys to 14,259 feet at the weather-ravaged top of Longs Peak, the park is filled with breathtaking scenery and experiences. Following the Trail Ridge Road, you make a stop at the Alpine Visitor Center offering an opportunity to learn more about this fascinating place. Return to Denver where a local guide conducts a narrated tour. Tonight, your Tour Manager hosts a farewell dinner at the historic Buckhorn Exchange. Enjoy time with fellow passengers to reflect on the fascinating and breathtaking experiences.

DAY 8

Homeward Bound: This morning you bid farewell to the Rockies and board your motorcoach transfer to Denver International Airport for your flight home. Upon return to (TBD) Airport, Wolf's Bus Lines will provide motorcoach transportation back to your departure location.
