Join Wolf's as we enjoy an authentic German-Style Holiday experience close to home (no passport required) with this special holiday tour to Philadelphia PA! After a brief rest stop en route we'll arrive in Philadelphia in time to hit an authentic German restaurant for a family feast buffet lunch with seasonal soup, a selection of entrees, dessert and pre-set beverages (beer, wine and cocktails available on your own tab). After our German inspired lunch, we'll be treated to the Comcast Holiday Spectacular. The 15-minute family-friendly show features classic holiday songs and performances by the PA Ballet and projected onto a large-scale, high-definition video display.
From here it's just a short one-block walk to the Christmas Village. An authentic German Christmas Market with more than 100 vendors selling European food, sweets and drinks as well as international holiday gifts, ornaments, jewelry and high-quality arts and crafts. The unique atmosphere with thousands of lights, the big Holiday Tree, the delicious smell of waffle, gingerbread, bratwurst and milled wine brings everyone into the perfect Christmas mood. Start or finish up your holiday shopping or buy a little something for yourself. There is something for everyone!
From here we'll do another short one-block walk to end the day with two of Philadelphia's most exciting holiday light shows: Miracle on South 13th Street and Electrical Spectacle prior to the ride home. The day will be an exciting international experience, close to home (no passport needed) and leaving you with festive memories to sustain you until the holidays arrive.
