DAY 1

Let the tour begin… board your coach for travel south and west heading for Texas. Today is a travel day with rest and meal stops made en route as needed. Destination today is the Embassy Suites in Knoxville, TN (865-246-2309). The hotel features a fitness center, indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool; and 24-hr Pavilion Pantry Market for those late-night munchies. The guest rooms include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, refrigerator and microwave, alarm clock with MP3 connection, HD/LCD television, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and hair dryer. Dinner is arranged for the group at the hotel this evening.

DAY 2

Begin the day with a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast at the hotel prior to check out and departure aboard the coach with today's destination being Memphis, Tennessee. Rest and meal stops will be made en route as needed. Mid-afternoon arrival in Memphis and your first stop is a Mansion Tour of Elvis Presley's Graceland, the 13.8-acre estate that was home to Elvis. You can check this one off your bucket-list of places-to-visit. Following your tour, check into the Drury Inn & Suites South - Memphis/Horn Lake (662-349-6622) for overnight stay. The hotel features an indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, guest laundry facility, and an on-site convenience store. The room amenities feature microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and complimentary wireless internet access. Dinner is on your own this evening at one of the many nearby restaurants.

DAY 3

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and depart for Natchez, Mississippi. Rest and lunch stops en route as needed. Mid-afternoon arrive in Natchez where for over 300 years this international destination is glistening with Southern charm and grace situated along the mighty Mississippi River. Enjoy a local sightseeing tour of this beautiful city with its long and controversial history in the United States regarding the Civil Rights Movement in America. Late this afternoon, check into the Holiday Inn Express (601-442-4462). Amenities of the hotel include a fitness center, complimentary high-speed wireless internet; guest rooms have microwave and refrigerator and HD TV. Dinner this evening is arranged at Choctaw Hall which was built around 1836 and features a blend of Greek Revival and Federal style architecture. Return to hotel for overnight.

DAY 4

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then hop on board your Wolf's coach and continue your journey westward. Rest and meal stops en route as needed. During your travel today, a stop will be made in Gibson, Louisiana for an entertaining and informative tour aboard the Cajun Man Swamp Cruise. Relax on board your motor vessel as captain Ron "Black" Guidry guides you into the cypress swamps of south Louisiana. Having been a former Army Green Beret and Louisiana State Trooper; your safety and comfort is first and foremost. Enjoy the wildlife of the swamp, see the cypress trees and enjoy the tranquility of the swamp during your tour. After the swamp tour, hop back on board the coach for travel to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and check into the Drury Hotel (225-766-2022). The hotel features an indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, and guest laundry facility. The room amenities feature microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board and complimentary wireless internet access. Dinner is arranged for the group at Drusilla's Seafood Restaurant, a local favorite serving up southern hospitality and Louisiana cuisine. Recognized by locals and local food critics as the "Best Seafood in Baton Rouge." Return to hotel for overnight following dinner.

DAY 5

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for Avery Island, Louisiana. Avery Island is a salt dome best known as the source of Tabasco sauce. The island is three miles long and two and a half miles wide. It was created by the upwelling of ancient evaporate (salt) deposits that exist beneath the Mississippi River Delta region. These upwellings are known as "salt domes" and Avery Island is one of five salt dome islands that rise above the flat Louisiana Gulf Coast. The dome at its highest is 163 feet above mean sea level and covers about 2,200 acres. Your visit will include a tour of McIlhenny's Tabasco Facility where you will learn everything you ever wanted to know about the McIlhenny Company, the family and their beloved pepper sauce. Your tour includes Tabasco Museum; greenhouse where peppers are grown; the Barrel Warehouse where peppers are aged and mashed; the Blending area where the vats of pepper mash becomes Tabasco; the Salt Mine experience where you walk through a re-creation of an underground Avery Island salt mine cavern; the Bottling Line to view the bottles of Pepper Sauce flavors running on the line; and visit the Tabasco Country Store to sample the product and shop for your favorite take-home souvenir of your visit. Depart Avery Island for Houston / Seabrook, Texas. Upon arrival the coach will take you to your hotel The Holiday Inn Kemah Near the Boardwalk (281-334-0003); located on Galveston Bay and within easy walking distance of the Kemah Boardwalk. Your room features a free wireless internet, microwave, refrigerator, flat panel TV and comfortable accommodations. Dinner will be arranged for you at the Salt Grass Steakhouse. Return to the hotel for overnight rest and relaxation.

DAY 6

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel to be followed by check out and departure. Your first stop mid-morning is at Johnson Space Center for a tour/tram ride of the facility which was established in 1961 as NASA's primary center for design, development and testing of spacecraft and associated systems for human flight. It is home to the nation's astronaut corps. Lunch is on your own at the Visitor Center following the tour. Depart after lunch aboard your earth based transport (Wolf's Bus) for San Antonio, Texas (Spanish for St. Anthony). This is the seventh-most populated city in the U.S. and the second-most populated in Texas. The city is noted for its Spanish colonial missions, the Alamo, the River Walk, and the Tower of the Americas, the Alamo Bowl and Marriage Island. It has numerous armed forces facilities including Fort Sam Houston, Lackland Air Force Base, and Randolph Air Force Base. The city is home to six Fortune 500 companies and the South Texas Medical Center. Upon arrival in the area, check into the Drury Inn and Suites Riverwalk San Antonio (210-270-7799) for a two-night stay. Enjoy a Manager's Reception upon your arrival. The evening is free for dinner on your own at nearby restaurants located all around since you are on the Riverwalk. Enjoy the amenities of the Inn including free Wi-Fi; heated outdoor rooftop pool and whirlpool, an indoor pool and whirlpool; and 24-hour fitness center. Guest rooms feature LCD TV, microwave, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and coffee maker.

DAY 7

Enjoy a delicious hot breakfast at the hotel this morning prior to a morning sightseeing tour of the city which includes the Missions and the Alamo with a local guide. Lunch is included today at the Menger Hotel packed full of museum-worthy art, architecture and antiques. The Menger is the oldest continuously operating hotel west of the Mississippi. Keep your eyes open during your visit and lunch for the ghosts of Menger's…they include a Confederate soldier, a charming man in a top hat, a Spaniard, a man in buckskin and an attentive chambermaid. Later this afternoon, board a pontoon style boat for a cruise on the river of Riverwalk. Not only will you see the hustle and bustle of the walkways on each side of the river, but how these walkways link important cultural landmarks to one another and they are lined with shops, restaurants and hotels. Dinner is planned for you at the Chart House Restaurant at the Tower of Americas. Enjoy an award-winning dinner as you marvel at the breathtaking view of the city below. Return to your hotel after dinner for some free time to stroll Riverwalk, take a swim at the hotel pool or rest in your room.

DAY 8

Following a delicious breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart San Antonio en route to Fort Worth, TX; rest and lunch stops scheduled en route. Mid-afternoon, arrive in Fort Worth for a guided tour of this, the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas established in 1849 as an Army outpost on a bluff overlooking the Trinity River. Late this afternoon view a long-horn cattle drive at the Fort Worth Stock Yards… where the west begins. After seeing these beautiful Texas longhorns, it's off to your hotel for check-in at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center (1-972-934-8400). The hotel is located in the heart of North Dallas, across from the Galleria Dallas; an international collection of shops and boutiques. The hotel features a business center, room service, lounge, fitness room, pool and walking track. Each room will have a coffeemaker, hair dryer and iron/ironing board. Dinner this evening includes entertainment as you are guests at the Texas Star Dinner Theater in Grapevine, TX…"where historical meets hysterical". Following dinner and show return to hotel for overnight.

DAY 9

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then your morning is set aside to enjoy a guided city tour of downtown Dallas. The city's prominence arose from its historical importance as a center for the oil and cotton industries, and its position along numerous railroad lines. It was also the site on November 22, 1963 of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. After lunch on your own, your admission is covered to the Sixth Floor Observatory … JFK Museum at Dealey Plaza. Discover the history at the Sixth Floor Museum, learn about the life, death and legacy of President John F. Kennedy at this most visited historical site in North Texas. From this site, it's onto the George W. Bush Museum & Library. At 207,000 square feet; it is the second largest presidential library, behind only the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Dinner is arranged for you this evening at the Love & War Restaurant certainly an epic name for what has become an epic restaurant. It was created to promote Texas, Texans, Texas food and Texas Heritage. Following your Texas food, fun and music, return to your hotel for overnight.

DAY 10

Your last morning at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Center, enjoy breakfast then check out for your next destination. The Wolf's Tour coach will transport you by mid-morning to tour Southfork Ranch, the home of the "Dallas" TV show and home of the Ewing Family. Following your tour, enjoy lunch at the Ranch. Following lunch depart Southfork for Little Rock, Arkansas the capital and most populous city in the state of Arkansas. The city derives its name from a rock formation along the river, named "La Petite Roche" by the French in 1799. Upon arrival in Little Rock, check into the Holiday Inn Presidential Hotel (501-224-2600). The hotel's amenities include a fitness facility, free Wi-Fi, and an outdoor (seasonal) pool. Your room will feature a flat screen HDTV, 97 cable channels including HBO, CNN and Fox News; wireless internet, coffee maker, AM/FM clock radio with alarm, hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. Dinner is arranged for you at the hotel this evening, then there is time to relax after dinner and overnight.

DAY 11

Following an included breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for Nashville, Tennessee. Rest and meal stops en route as needed. Mid-afternoon arrival in Music City USA, you will check into your hotel the Country Inn & Suites (615-316-9944). The hotel features free high-speed internet access, a seasonal outdoor pool and all rooms have a flat-screen TV with DirecTV Satellite, and coffee maker. After a moment to freshen up, board the coach for transfer to dinner at the Opry Backstage Grill followed by the Grand Ole Opry Evening Show to be held at either the Ryman Auditorium or Opry House (TBD). After the show, return to the Country Inn & Suites for overnight.

DAY 12

Enjoy a hot breakfast at the hotel this morning and board the coach for a guided city sightseeing tour of Nashville including Music Row. After the tour, enjoy free time and lunch on own in downtown Nashville. Mid-afternoon you will be guests at either the Johnny Cash or George Jones Museum. If you have not already made your choice of museum tour, please contact our office at least one month prior to the trip's departure. This evening's dinner for the group will be a private-function with a performance by a member of the Carter/Cash family. Return to Country Inn & Suites for overnight.

DAY 13

Following breakfast at the hotel and check out, board your Wolf's motor coach for travel to Dandridge, Tennessee home of the Bush's Bean Facility and Visitors Center. Upon arrival enjoy lunch on your own at the Bush's Family Café known for their sweet desserts and even sweeter people… its homemade dishes and Southern specialties. Be sure to have a piece of the Pinto Bean Pie which tastes like pecan pie and most say it is better! After lunch, enjoy a tour including a short film and overview of the Bush family history and a glimpse of modern methods of processing and canning beans. Then take a walk through a giant replica can of Bush's Baked Beans, showing the bean's journey from beginning to end. Be sure to bring your camera and keep an eye out for Jay and Duke photo opportunity… maybe Duke will divulge the secret family recipe to you! Next, depart for Jonesborough, TN the home of the International Storytelling Center for a tour of the center dedicated to the power of communication to share our history and culture, to spread knowledge, and to teach, the old-fashion mountain way of sitting on a front porch and passing stories of life, history and family down through the generations. It is a short ride from Jonesborough to nearby Johnson City to check into your hotel for the evening at the Carnegie Hotel (423-979-6400). This hotel is the perfect combination of Old-World grandeur and modern comfort. There is complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, 24-hour fitness center and a seasonal outdoor pool. The guest rooms feature complimentary wireless internet, in-room safe, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, coffee/tea maker and refrigerator. A special Farewell Dinner is planned for this evening at the Hotel to share dinner with your new friends on the last night of your Texas Tour.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then board your coach for the last and final leg of your tour back to Pennsylvania. Rest and meal stops made en route as needed. Take home with you many fond memories of a super tour, over-the-road to Texas.
